Phuong (Lina) Nguyen, BS, MBA
Phuong (Lina) Nguyen, BS, MBA, is a Project Manager for the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland. She joined CDP in September 2020 and is based out of Columbus, Ohio. She is responsible for the Speakers Bureau Program, and the Military Internship Support Team (MIST) and Training Resources Library (TRL).
Prior to joining CDP, Ms. Nguyen worked as a Program Manager at the Ohio State University Medical Center. In this extensive role, she worked to conduct research, provide education and develop programs to improve the quality of life of persons who experience traumatic brain injury (TBI). Her experiences in clinical research has allowed her to participate in the initiation, monitoring, coordination, completion, and reporting of routine to moderately complex clinical research trial operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards, IRB/FDA policies and procedures and project requirements.
Ms. Nguyen received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, and her Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
