A special group rate has been negotiated at the Holiday Inn Capitol for the Center for Deployment Psychology: $224 standard king room plus applicable District of Columbia sales tax (currently 14.5%) in effect at the time of check in.
The hotel is pleased to honor the group rate from Sunday, April 13, 2014 through Friday, April 18, 2014 based on availability.
Hotel Reservation Instructions:
To receive the group rate, you must make your reservation on or before the cut-off date of Friday, March 14, 2014. After the cut-off date, the Holiday Inn Capitol will continue to accept reservations; however, reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing room rate.
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Please call (888) 847-1675 and reference the Group Code: C8D or go to: Center for Deployment Psychology and make your reservation online.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first room night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of these methods.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellation and any changes to arrival and departure date must be made by 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night’s room plus tax cancellation charge.
An early departure fee of $100.00 will be charged to guests who check-out before their stated departure date.
