Location:

The Robert A. Young Federal Building is office is located at the corner of spruce Street and Tucker Boulevard in downtown St. Louis. It is just off routes 40/64, 44, and 70; it is within 2 blocks of the Thomas Eagleton Courthouse.

Building Amenities:
Cafeteria

The cafeteria is located on the first floor beyond the main lobby. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. for breakfast and 10:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for lunch. Snacks and drinks are served from 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. The cafeteria menu is changed daily and offers a variety of choices for the tenants of the building. 

1222 Express

The 1222 Express coffee cart is located in the lobby and offers a wide variety of coffee-like drinks, as well as sandwiches and other types of food. 1222 Express is open from 6:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Convenience Stores

There are two convenience shops run by Rehab for the Blind located in the RAY building. One is located on the first floor next to the entrance of the cafeteria. It is open from 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

From Lambert – St. Louis International Airport to Hotel

Turn left onto Lambert International Blvd. Merge onto I-70 E. Stay straight to go onto I-44W. Merge onto N Memorial Dr. via. Exit 250B toward Arch-Riverfront/Downtown/Pine St. Turn right onto Spruce Street. Turn right onto S 4th St.

From Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch 0.76 miles to Training

North on S 4th St. Turn left onto Market Street.  Turn left onto S Tucker Blvd. Take the 2nd right onto Spruce St.

Parking:

There is parking available around the building and in the immediate vicinity surrounding the building.

Visitors Information:

Visitors must have a valid ID and must enter through the security checkpoint at the main lobby. Attendees with Federal ID's may display their ID card for admittance to the building. Note: ID's must be displayed on the outside of your clothing while in the building. Attendees without Federal ID's are required to go through security each day to receive a visitor's pass.
